When you sign up we store your email address and a hashed password token (via Supabase Auth). When you analyse a video we temporarily store the audio extract on the server for transcription only — the file is deleted immediately after the transcript is produced. The resulting transcript and analysis are stored against your account so you can retrieve past analyses.
When you pay we hand off the card details directly to Stripe — we never see or store your card number. Stripe sends us a customer token (a non-sensitive identifier) and your subscription status.
We share content with our subprocessors only to deliver the service: Supabase (database + auth), Vercel (frontend hosting), Railway (backend hosting), Stripe (payments), Groq / Cerebras / Google / SambaNova (LLM inference), Pinecone (vector storage), OpenAI (Whisper transcription). We do not sell your data and do not use it to train any model.
Trending event cache: 24 hours. Account data: until you delete the account (email [email protected]). Analytics result history: 90 days unless you ask us to keep it longer.
You can request a copy of your data, request deletion, or opt out of any non-essential processing by emailing support. We respond within 30 days.
We use first-party cookies for authentication (Supabase session) and payment redirects (Stripe). We do not use third-party advertising cookies. Optional analytics cookies are only set after you accept the consent banner.
