Terms of Service

The deal

ViralScript is a short-form video coaching tool. You upload a video / paste a URL / paste a script; we transcribe, score the hook, detect structure, and surface concrete improvements. You keep all rights to your content. We claim no ownership of the videos or scripts you submit.

Acceptable use

• You may submit videos / scripts you own or have permission to use.
• You may not submit content that is illegal, depicts minors in sexual contexts, or facilitates harassment.
• You may not scrape the API, abuse rate limits, or sub-resell the service.
• You may not impersonate another person or business.

Payment

Subscription billing is handled by Stripe. Your subscription renews monthly until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the Settings page; access continues until the end of the billed period. We do not offer refunds for partial months, but if you believe you've been billed in error email us — we'll fix it.

Service availability

We aim for high uptime but do not commit to a formal SLA. Subscribers will be notified of planned maintenance. Output is generated by AI models and may contain errors — don't rely on it for decisions where a wrong answer would harm someone.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

Account termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by emailing [email protected].

Changes

We may update these terms; significant changes will be emailed at least 14 days before they take effect.
